Salary: £45,540 - £54,338 per annum (London) or £41,400 - £50,198 per annum (Manchester)

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for Strategy and Change Manager to join our Strategy and Communications directorate based in London or Manchester.
About us
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills to get them back into education, training, and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering key strategic change initiatives and projects, as well as overseeing Centrepoint’s annual business planning process. These efforts will support our strategic goal of ending youth homelessness by 2037.
In this role, you will:
- Advise on and implement strategic and change issues, championing the strategy and change function across the organisation.
- Provide a service that drives:
- Focus: Ensuring effective resource planning and change management within the organisation.
- Engagement: Facilitating rganisational involvement in change and planning processes based on our needs.
- Success: Prmoting organisational engagement in the business planning process, effective change management, and the implementation of the change board.

What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing Centrepoint's organisational change process, recommending areas for improvement and ensuring that they complement the wider strategic planning cycle.
- Improving Centrepoint's change governance, including the re-implementation of a change governance group to review proposed changes which:
- have an impact n staff across multiple directorates.
- require new technlogy systems.
- have cmplex dependencies or high-level organisational risk.
- Leading cross-directorate working groups to deliver key projects.
- Supporting and facilitating the creation of outline business cases for proposed change initiatives.
Ideally you will have change and project management experience and preferably a project management qualification, in addition to confidence in delivering the points above.
