Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week; rolling rota including days, nights & weekends)

young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing homelessness, helping them develop
independence, life skills, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

About The Role
As a
Homeless Support Worker (Project Worker), you will:
- Provide practical and emotional support to residents, helping them build skills for independent living.
- Encourage wellbeing, inclusion, and community engagement.
- Support young people with complex needs, including mental health or housing challenges, in a compassionate and professional way.
- Maintain accurate records using our internal systems.
