About Our Team

The Lancashire team consists of an Interventions Lead, Group Co-Ordinator, Counsellors, Group Facilitators and a Volunteer Co-Ordinator who all work across multiple bases in Lancashire delivering both psychosocial and therapeutic group work.

 

The Opportunity

Providing day-to-day management and supervision of the Ketamine Group facilitators and providing cover of the groups when required.

The Project Co-Ordinator will be responsible for providing key performance reports to the Team Leader and representing clients and staff at various stakeholder meetings and events.

Ensure consistent delivery of the ketamine group work across all Lancashire sites (North, East & Central).

Provide monitoring and evaluations of the service offered to its clients and actively engage, involve and consult with service users regarding on-going service development.

Supporting the Team Leader in collecting relevant outcome, recording of data and gathering feedback to assist them in their service reports.

Providing regular supervision to colleagues to help them maintain performance, personal wellbeing and their own learning and development.

In undertaking this role, you will be expected to behave in a way that is consistent with and actively supports the organisations values.

This is a full-time role, you will be based across the various Lancashire hubs and your hours of work would be 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be able to travel to and from bases across all of Lancashire.
