The Night Services Coordinator role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people to grow and thrive. You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated waking night staff, supporting some of Cambridge’s most vulnerable people while helping to create a calm, safe and welcoming environment overnight. Our residents will challenge you, make you laugh, inspire you and remind you of what really matters.
Although you’ll spend much of your time leading the night service, you’ll never be on your own. You’ll be part of a supportive management team that values collaboration, reflective practice and looking after one another. We invest in our staff through regular supervision, reflective practice sessions, TRiM support following difficult incidents, an Employee Assistance Programme and ongoing learning and development, so you can feel confident, supported and equipped to do your best work.
