Hope Into Action UK Jobs

About Hope into Action

Hope into Action is a UK registered charity, founded in Peterborough in 2010, whose distinctive model is to empower local churches to house people who have experienced homelessness. The charity operates a franchise model: local Hope into Action projects run residential properties and pair them with partner churches in their area.

Housing and support model

• Franchised local projects operate residential properties providing supported accommodation for people who have experienced homelessness
• Tenants are supported by "Empowerment Workers" who journey alongside residents
• Church partners provide relational and community support alongside the housing itself

Where they operate

Hope into Action operates in around 38 locations across the UK, supporting several hundred people a year through local church partnerships.

Working there
