Salary Range : £50,477.40 to £60,979.92
Hours: 35 Hours per week

For over 55 years Forum have provided safe, quality accommodation, along with
first class support services to the most vulnerable members of our society.
We provide person centred, supported housing across Wirral, Cheshire and
Warrington, with a focus on specialist support services to people aged 18 years and
over who are at risk of, about to become, or are homeless, and 16 to 21 year old
care leavers.
As an experienced Registered Provider working with people with highly complex
and complicated lives, we are a trusted partner of local authorities, health, third
sector, and community sector organisations. Focusing on the individual, we deliver
excellent outcomes to over 500 people each year through outreach floating support,
supported housing, and supported lodgings.
Head of Operations – Summary
The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing safeguarding, housing support services, and property management. Working under the Director of Operations, the role ensures high-quality, compliant, and continuously improving services for residents and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Management:
Lead, support, and develop staff; ensure compliance with policies; manage performance, discipline, and staffing levels.
Service Delivery:
Ensure services meet high standards, contractual requirements, and regulations through monitoring, auditing, and continuous improvement.
Policy & Innovation:
Develop and implement policies, improve processes, and introduce innovative ways of working aligned with best practice.
Housing Management:
Oversee property maintenance, safety, budgets, occupancy, and repairs, ensuring legal compliance and efficient operations.
Ofsted Compliance:
Ensure services meet Ofsted standards, prepare for inspections, support staff understanding, and implement improvements.
General Duties
Promote safeguarding, health & safety, equality, and data protection
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders
Participate in training, meetings, and on-call duties
Uphold organisational values and professional standards
