Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for Project Manager to join our Big Change Programme based in London, The Rowe.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager (Big Change Programme), the Project Manager will take ownership of delivering multiple strategic projects within Centrepoint’s Big Change Programme (BCP) the organisation’s flagship digital transformation initiative. This mid–senior level position is critical to driving change, embedding robust project management practices, and ensuring successful outcomes across a portfolio of high-impact projects.
As Project Manager of the Property and Housing Management solution you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of new systems and solutions, including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and supplier coordination. The role demands a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, ensuring each implementation supports the organisation’s transformation goals.
Beyond immediate delivery, the post-holder will also:
- Support the wider BCP programme, contributing to the success of interconnected projects.
- Champion and embed effective project management approaches across the organisation, extending beyond the BCP.
- Contribute to shaping the future of project management and PMO functions, influencing long-term capability development within Centrepoint.
This is a high-impact role, combining operational delivery with strategic influence, critical to both the success of Centrepoint’s Big Change Programme and the evolution of its project management capability.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning to delivery ensuring alignment with Programme and project objectives, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards (including GDPR).
- Act as the primary liaison between senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external suppliers, driving effective collaboration and maintaining strong project governance.
- Manage budgets, resources, supplier performance, risks, and issues to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Oversee service transition and change management activities, ensuring successful system adoption, full documentation, and seamless integration into day‑to‑day operations.
