Location: Keighley, Bradford - with travel to other Centrepoint sites across Bradford
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), 12‑month fixed‑term contract maternity cover

As a Young Parents’ Support & Progression Officer, you’ll play a vital role in helping young parents and their children in Bradford build happy, healthy and fulfilling futures—both during their time with Centrepoint and beyond.
You’ll provide dedicated support to young parents and expectant parents within our accommodation-based service in Keighley, and you may also support families across our other Bradford services when needed. Unit numbers may vary depending on service requirements.

This role involves:
- Working within the Young Parent Service, providing support to vulnerable young Parents and single young people.
- Working in a team with a strong understanding of the developmental needs of children, the challenges of parenting.
- Promote a vibrant culture with an uncompromising commitment to excellence, reflecting and responding to health and housing needs and fully integrating support packages that reflect the needs of those accessing the service.
- Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with young parents / Young people to identify and meet their personal, social, health, learning and work needs.
- Follow the lead from line management to ensure that all performance and contractual targets are met and exceeded.
