Job Title : Director of Development and Partnerships

Responsible for : Development, Income Generation and coms (internally and externally)
Hours : 37 hours (full time)
Salary : £52,750 per annum

Leave : 29 increasing up to 33 days per annum (after 4 years) plus bank holidays
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking and professional team, driving and owning the development of income streams, services, and positive partnerships to benefit the wider community whilst meeting GIPSIL’s business plan objectives. You will ensure this is done with a restorative approach that is strongly aligned to our values and supports organisational development. You will be responsible for the management of all marketing and communications, taking a co-production approach and provide line management of our communications officer. You will be a team player, leading by example as a senior manager promoting a compassionate high-performance culture.
Please note that this role requires flexibility to be in Leeds for meetings and events and also requires the post holder to be in the office as required, on occasions this may mean working outside normal working hours.
