What is the role?
Make a difference every day as a Tenancy Support Coach at Hafod.
In this rewarding and community-focused role, you’ll support tenants to sustain their tenancies, build independence, and improve their wellbeing.
Working across communities and visiting people in their homes, you’ll provide proactive, person-centred support, helping individuals overcome challenges and prevent tenancy breakdown or homelessness.
You will also be identifying ways to gather tenants views to enable them to be involved in decision-making within their local community.
This is a 12 month fixed term full time job oppurtunity covering Cardiff, Newport and Torfaen region. Please refer the Job description to find out more details.
