Post: Assessor (Supported Lodgings)
Responsible to: Registered Manager

We are an ambitious, growing Community Interest Company, providing a Supported Lodgings service for Care Leavers and Young People facing homelessness across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Greater London and beyond.
We are seeking an Assessor to assist in assessing Host applicants. This is very similar to Foster Care assessments, and we use our own version of the Form F. Previous experience of conducting Form F assessments is a significant advantage, as is other social work or safeguarding lead experience.
We carry out assessments over Microsoft Teams, therefore assessments can be from home. Our small friendly team all operate a hybrid, flexible way of working, ensuring a positive work / life balance.
The postholder would need to be flexible to the needs of the prospective Hosts, and the business, attending, as a minimum, monthly team meetings at our office in Three Bridges, and more frequently during induction. We envisage hours to be no fewer than 10, and initially, capped at no more than 16 per week. Times / days of the week are flexible, dependant upon need. All of this can be negotiated with applicants.
In addition to the salary (£35,500 p/a pro rata), we offer 25 days annual leave (pro rata) and all Bank Holidays, flexible hours, remote / home working, pension scheme and sick pay as well as access to a comprehensive EAP.
