There will be a four-month probationary period. The salary increases annually with the cost of living and will be subject to periodic review, benchmarked against equivalent roles in other Cambridge colleges.The post holder will be eligible for a bonus every year and free lunch on site on working days. They also offer membership of a defined pension contribution scheme, a Healthcare cash plan and free parking.Hybrid working options are at the discretion of the line manager upon successful completion of a four-month probationary period.
