Who we’re looking for
As part of our financial services team, you’ll lead and manage income collection services, ensuring rental income is maximised and protected while supporting tenants through effective arrears prevention, early intervention, and partnership working. The role plays a key part in reducing arrears, preventing homelessness, and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service in line with regulatory and legislative requirements. You’ll make sure the team are equipped to identify and resolve arrears cases quickly and support customers to sustain their tenancies.
With the ability to make sound decisions and act quickly when things aren’t right, you’ll have experience of working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running. Excellent communication skills are essential as you’ll need to build collaborative relationships inside and outside of the organisation and represent RHP at court hearings.
You’ll be confident using digital systems and dealing with data so you can take a leading role in driving business performance and making service improvements.
