We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housing Coordinator to work with a leading housing association in the Brmingham area supporting clients experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse.
This is a full time role 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role:
Adullam Homes is seeking a proactive Housing Coordinator to support our Birmingham housing team. You will act as a central point of contact for general needs tenants, managing voids, rent arrears, tenant issues, and allocations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, conducting property inspections, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting efficient service delivery in line with organisational policies. You will contribute to budget monitoring, health and safety compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to ensure tenants receive high-quality housing services while supporting the smooth operation of our diverse housing stock.
About you:
The ideal candidate will hold or be working toward a Level 3 Housing Management qualification, with knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding, equality, and health and safety. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and housing databases (e.g., Pyramid), are essential. You should have experience providing professional support to tenants, excellent organisational and time-management abilities, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining accurate records. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required to build relationships with tenants, staff, and partner agencies.
