Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Trusts & Statutory Fundraising Manager to join our Fundraising Team based in London or Manchester.

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity. We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. We provide homeless young people with accommodation, mental health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
The Trust & Statutory Fundraising Manager will build relationships with funders to raise income for a variety of impactful services that transform the lives of homeless young people including; homelessness prevention, independent living skills, mental health services, education and training, employability, and capital projects.
The Trust & Statutory team has recently gone through a period of growth – you’ll be joining a team of 5 fundraisers, all with ambition to increase our income by at least 25% in the next 5 years. What you will be doing
- Manage a portfolio of donors (valued at £30k – £99k) from both trusts and statutory funders, who give unrestricted and restricted gifts: collaborate with service teams and finance colleagues to write restricted funding proposals and budgets
- Provide excellent stewardship to donors, over phone and email, by producing bespoke communications to sustain and uplift partnerships
- Build strong relationships with donors through virtual and face to face meetings and events
- Develop new business through prospect research, internal stakeholder management and external networking
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Trusts and Statutory Fundraising Manager on high value funding opportunities (£100k +)
- Line manage a Trusts and Statutory Fundraising Officer (who works with donors up to £30k)
- Contribute and adhere to the team’s internal processes and robust ways of working
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the team strategy and lead on projects to increase the teams impact

The role is offered on a hybrid working basis with home working combined with 5 days per fortnight in the office in our London or Manchester locations.
