The Vacancy

Barnet Homes is seeking to hire a Resident Liaison Officer to add to the growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resident liaison duties on Major Works projects and interface with other service areas within Barnet Homes such as Housing Options, Neighbourhood Management and Complaints

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience working with vulnerable people in a social housing setting
• A keen eye for detail
• Good time management with an ability to work under pressure and manage any conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Flexible working hours
