Make A Real Difference Every Day
As a Progression Coach, you’ll be at the heart of Key’s Ofsted‑registered supported accommodation services, empowering young people aged 16–25 as they take vital steps towards independence.
You’ll build trusting, meaningful relationships, support young people’s safety and wellbeing, and help them gain the skills, confidence, and stability they need for adult life.
Our approach is rooted in Trauma‑Informed Practice and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE). This means everything we do is relational, compassionate, consistent, and grounded in understanding each young person’s lived experience.
If you’re someone who cares deeply about supporting young people to thrive, this could be the role for you.
