Regional Housing Lead – Connexus, Shropshire

We're looking for an experienced Regional Housing Lead to lead housing services across South Shropshire and help shape the future of our Housing team.

This is a newly created role as part of our ambitious redesign of Housing Services. We're investing in stronger local leadership and creating more direct connections between our teams, customers and communities. As one of four Regional Housing Leads, you'll play a key role in embedding this new approach and influencing how services are delivered across your region.

You'll provide leadership and direction to a team of a Senior Housing Officer and Housing Officers, ensuring excellent housing management services across South Shropshire. You'll drive performance in key areas including tenancy management, rent collection, arrears management and anti-social behaviour, while identifying opportunities to improve services, strengthen customer satisfaction and deliver positive outcomes.

We're looking for a confident and engaging housing professional with a strong track record in housing management and people leadership. You'll be passionate about developing others, building effective relationships with customers and partners, and using insight and performance data to drive continuous improvement.

South Shropshire is a diverse and rewarding region to manage, covering market towns, villages and rural communities. This role offers the opportunity to have a visible impact, lead through change and help shape the future of Housing Services at Connexus.

This is a hybrid role, combining home and office working. Our Head Office is based in Craven Arms, and regular travel across South Shropshire and to other Connexus locations will be required.

This role will be subject to a Standard DBS check.
