You'll play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, promoting resident wellbeing, and ensuring the customer voice is at the heart of service delivery.

Working as part of a supportive housing team, you'll help create safe, thriving communities while upholding our values and delivering excellent outcomes for customers.

  • Previous housing management or customer-facing experience, ideally within social housing.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable customers and managing sensitive situations.
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, IT, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • Housing qualification or willingness to study towards one.
