Grade Scale 5 Points 24–25: £25,357 - £26,161

37.5 hours per week

About the role

As an ICT Technical Support Assistant, you will be the first port of call for employees coming through with any IT issues. You will provide assistance and ensure all service requests are logged, prioritised and resolved in line with the agreed service standards.

Every day is different, and every day gives you the opportunity to play an important role in supporting the running of St Basils.

Working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), you'll build positive relationships with colleagues and partner organisations. You'll contribute to maintaining accurate records and ensure customer service remains at the heart of everything you do.

We're looking for someone with strong customer service experience.

You'll be someone who:

• Remains calm and professional when faced with challenges.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Provides excellent support that helps colleagues work effectively and deliver services to young people
