- Support income recovery by working alongside the Income Team to maximise rent and service charge collection.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including facilitating access for statutory inspections and completing relevant risk assessments and actions.
This is a full-time opportunity, working 35 hours a week operating on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be based at our Brighton office, Courtney King House, two days a week, with the remaining time spent working remotely and travelling across Brighton & Hove, Crawley and Lewes to support residents and service delivery.
