Day Services Coordinator

Join CARE's team and help people move away from rough sleeping towards safe accommodation, stability, and a renewed sense of belonging. This is a practical, relationship-focused role supporting people who are sleeping rough or at immediate risk of rough sleeping, helping them take positive steps towards a more settled future.

Based at the CARE Hub, you'll build trusted relationships with people in a compassionate, non-judgemental way, coordinate meaningful activities, undertake targeted outreach, and work alongside colleagues and partner organisations to help people access accommodation, rebuild confidence, develop life skills, and become part of a supportive community. As our day services continue to grow, you'll play a key role in shaping opportunities that help people sustain long-term change.
