Department: Operations
Location: Subject to the Project
Duties: To support the Residents and
assist the Area Team Manager in ensuring
that our housing services are adequately
managed, the accommodation is secure
and the Health and Safety standards are
maintained.
Reporting Line: Area Team Leader
Responsible for: no staff reports
Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to
Friday (with a 36-minute break) on a rota
basis, alternating between 8am to 4pm
and 10am to 6pm. There is no weekend
working; however, you are required to be
on call Tuesday-Tuesday on a rota basis.
Break times are unpaid and in line with
Working Time Regulations 1998.
Salary: £26,677.16

Transport: Must have use of a vehicle;
full clean UK driving licence (max. three
penalty points), vehicle insured for
business use.
Other Benefits: 25 days holidays a year,
plus bank holidays (maximum of 5 days
can be carried into the next holiday year),
EAP system including an online GP and
Blue Light cards.

As Housing Support Officer, you will be directly supporting our residents from
application to resettlement and ensure that licenses are maintained throughout. To
ensure the organisations accommodation is managed to a high standard and are safe
and secure.
Operational activities across a defined group of accommodations. Including
safeguarding or residents and staff, ensuring that key works are done with residents
and supporting the Area Team Leader with daily tasks.
