Commercial Property Manager

We have a new opportunity for a property professional to manage Phoenix’s commercial property portfolio.
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will provide a professional commercial lease management service, offering market valuation advice to the business, ensuring that the commercial portfolio is well managed, and income is maximised.
You will be responsible for managing the portfolio including office space, retail space, hospitality venues and telecommunications sites. You will ensure the portfolio meets Phoenix’s aspirations for growth, void times are minimised, and repairs are raised as required. You should have understanding commercial leases. Knowledge of property management and building repairs is desirable.
You will possess excellent communication and administrative skills including report writing and the ability to analyse and interpret complex data. You will also have a good understanding of the local economy and business needs as well as budget management experience. Understanding financial information and being able to lead difficult conversations should be part of your skillset. This role will suit someone with the ability to work on their own initiative and self-manage a busy portfolio.
