out and about, supporting daily routines and activities and helping young people build independence and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children and young people with day-to-day routines and activities
- Taking part in driving, appointments, and community-based support
- Being part of a tight-knit team on shift
- Keeping things structured, calm, and consistent
- Building positive, professional relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, calm, and practical approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn - full training provided
Pay & Benefits
- £31,918.50 salary
- 2 on / 4 off rota (great work-life balance)
- Only ~10 working days per month
