In-Form is the UK’s leading client relationship and service management solution. Developed by Homeless Link on the Salesforce platform, In-Form gives our customers access to the information they need to support the people they work with. Currently we have over 300 customers, each with their own bespoke In-Form system. Many of these are in the housing and homelessness sector in England, but an increasing number are in other sectors across the UK.
The In-Form Release Manager is responsible for coordinating and running the release process for the In-Form product, ensuring that new features, improvements and fixes are delivered to customers in a structured, reliable and well-communicated way. Working in a commercial SaaS product environment, the role works closely with cross-functional teams to plan releases, coordinate customer upgrades and ensure organisational readiness for product changes. The In-Form Release Manager also leads the creation and maintenance of key product knowledge and release documentation, supports internal enablement around new features and helps ensure that the product organisation operates in a way that is professional, predictable and responsive to customer needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how products are released and maintained and experience of co-ordinating software releases or product updates in a SaaS or product led environment. Experience of working with cross-Functional teams, co-ordinating activities, and a proven ability to to produce clear documentation and communications, such as release notes are also essential
