Job Vacancy: Services & Partnerships Manager
(Day Services, Accommodation & Partnerships)
Hours: 40 hours per week
(Primarily on-site, with a shared on-call rota)
Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per annum
(Dependent on experience, skills and qualifications)

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing our day services and accommodation provision, while also playing a key role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships across statutory, voluntary and community sectors.
The successful candidate will lead a committed staff team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and work directly with clients when required. You will balance strategic oversight with day‑to‑day operational involvement, ensuring services are effective, safe and responsive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and line management to staff working across day services and accommodation
- Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of services, maintaining high standards of care and support
- Work directly with clients where needed, supporting complex needs with a compassionate, practical approach
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner agencies, commissioners and local stakeholders
- Contribute to service development, continuous improvement and partnership initiatives
- Participate in the shared on-call rota and respond to operational issues as required
- Ensure services comply with organisational policies, safeguarding standards and relevant legislation
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working within homelessness, housing, social care or related community services
- Is comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on client and operational work
- Has strong people management and communication skills
- Can build effective internal and external partnerships
- Brings a positive, solution-focused attitude and a commitment to service excellence
- Is organised, resilient and confident working in a busy frontline environment
A full driving licence is essential.
