Reports to: FMSoSF Director of Operations

About the Role
The Felicia-Michael SoS Foundation (FMSoSF) is seeking a principled, high-energy Operations Manager to lead our "Seed-to-Table" food distribution and "Livelihood Advancement" grant programs. This role is designed for a leader who can move families from crisis to self-reliance through strategic financial interventions and robust community leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Grant Portfolio Management: Operationalize the "Livelihood Advancement" fund by managing the disbursement of strategic grants. You will provide basic SME strategy support to help recipients utilize funds for growth, health, and education rather than just consumption.
- Social Media Platform Rejuvenation: Lead the strategic revitalization and daily management of FMSoSF’s social media presence. You will produce engaging content that translates donor contributions into measurable "Impact Forecasts" and success stories.
- Food Bank Logistics: Design and scale the "Seed-to-Table" model, overseeing procurement from local sources and managing the logistics of getting essential nutrition to vulnerable beneficiaries.
- End-to-End Vetting & Advisory: Manage the complete beneficiary lifecycle—from identifying high-potential candidates to conducting rigorous financial due diligence and presenting "Prospective Candidate Portfolios" to the Board for grant approval.
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Conduct post-disbursement audits and site visits to ensure funds are used strictly for their specified purpose, aiming for a 90% "Success Story Ratio."
Confidentiality, Ethics & Compliance
- Vulnerability & Discretion Management: Handle sensitive socio-economic data for vulnerable families and high-level donor information with the highest standard of confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to FMSoSF’s zero-tolerance policy on bribery and corruption. You will ensure the vetting framework is transparent and free from bias or external influence.
- Integrity of Funds: Ensure every Naira of foundation capital is protected and directed solely to verified, deserving candidates through periodic updates to vetting protocols.
Requirements & Benefits
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Sciences, Humanities, or related field).
- Competencies: Strong financial literacy (micro-credit/social lending), experience in social media management, and the ability to manage complex supply chains under pressure.
- Values: You must embody the FMSoSF pillars: Faith, Care, Respect, Courage, Commitment, Trust, and Accountability.
- Benefits: 1-year contract (with permanent potential), 22 days annual leave, HMO, and flexible work options as negotiated with your supervisor.
