Corporate Partnerships CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organised Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to help deliver exceptional stewardship and engagement for corporate supporters.Position: Corporate Partnerships CoordinatorSalary: £28,000 per annumLocation: Remote within the UK with occasional travelHours: Full timeContract: PermanentClosing Date: 5:00pm on Thursday 2nd April 2026. (We reserve the right to close the role early should a suitable applicant be found) About the RoleThis role plays an important part in supporting corporate partnerships and ensuring every partner feels valued and connected to the organisation’s work.You will coordinate communications, manage administration and support events and engagement activities while maintaining accurate records and reporting.Key responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery of stewardship plans for corporate partnersActing as a first point of contact for partner enquiriesDrafting communications including partner updates and newslettersCoordinating partner events, webinars and engagement opportunitiesMaintaining accurate partnership records within the CRM systemSupporting donation processing and partnership reportingAssisting with research and preparation for partnership proposalsCoordinating meetings, agendas and internal team support About YouYou will be organised, proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining excellent attention to detail.You will bring: Experience in supporter care, account management, customer service or administrationExcellent written communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExperience working with CRM or database systemsConfidence managing multiple tasks and prioritiesA proactive approach and professional manner About the OrganisationThis organisation works in partnership with Indigenous and local communities to protect rainforests and tackle the climate crisis.
