Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint a Supported Housing Workers to join our South Shields team. You will have extensive experience of working with people who have become homeless and have diverse needs including substance misuse, mental health and previous involvement with the Criminal Justice System.
Please note: this is not a health care assistant role!
You will be skilled in housing management keywork engagement and raising risk/support plans.

Pay: £25,392.00-£27,091.00 per year

Education:
- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- Working with Homelessness: 3 years (required)
- Homelessness & addiction: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (required)
