Location: Kent Area
Pay Rate: £13.36 - £15.00 per hour (depending on contract type)
Shift Pattern: Full Time : 4 on / 4 off 
Shift Times: Various
What You’ll Be Doing
 - Lone Working in a supported housing project for adults and/or young people experiencing homelessness. You will be required at some point, to complete checks on local dispersed properties as part of this role and will require a full driving license and access to your own car fur future use.
- Ensuring safety and security of residents, visitors, and the building.
- Responding to queries and managing access control effectively.
- Handling emergencies and liaising with emergency services as needed.
- Conducting regular health and safety checks within the building and designated drive area.
- Carrying out welfare checks to ensure resident well-being.
- Reporting safeguarding concerns and missing residents to relevant authorities.
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents and providing clear handovers to day staff.
What We’re Looking For
✔ESSENTIAL - Enhanced DBS Adult and Childrens 
✔ ESSENTIAL - A valid driving license and access to your own car .
✔ Experience in Supported Housing (or similar): 1 year preferred
✔ Strong communication, customer service, and administration skills.
✔ Ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and residents.
✔ A keen sense of responsibility and vigilance at all times.
✔ Understanding of professional boundaries in a support environment.
✔ Full UK work eligibility
