Responsible to: Volunteer and Food Team Leader
Job Purpose: To assist the Team Leader in supporting all Food activities being carried out in IMPAKT Food sites.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Present a consistent face of IMPAKT Food to our customers, ensuring that our volunteers follow your example. Create a welcoming, customer centred atmosphere that will drive repeat visits and customer retention.
· Carry out additional duties as may be defined from time to time by, and agreed with senior management.
· Be an active member of our Food team, supporting the Team Leader where needed, including the following areas:
o Data collection / information gathering activities
o Food collection, sorting and storage
o Dealing with complaints to ensure a satisfactory outcome
o Ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and regulations, including an active part in the cleaning schedule
o Maintaining a fully stocked Food area with goods to support transaction targets
o Contribute to consistent management of quality service delivery through the Trusted Charity Mark methodology
Internal and External Relationships:
· Liaison and team working within:
o All areas of the company’s business.
o To be a part of the team with staff and volunteers.
Hours:
This role is a part time position, working Wed, Thurs and Fri , 10am -3pm. 20 hours per week, with flexibility to either work Monday or Tues 10-3pm, as required
