We're looking for
passionate, grounded, and gutsy individuals to join our front-line team supporting people affected by homelessness in Doncaster and York.
As a
Client Support Worker, you'll walk alongside people on their journey - from crisis to confidence - offering:
- ?? One-to-one practical & emotional support
- ?? Help with accessing housing, benefits, and essential services
- ?? Motivational support to build independence and resilience
- ?? Collaboration with partners in mental health, addiction, and social care
This is more than support. This is
advocacy, belief, and being a lifeline when someone has none.
You don't need a degree - you need
heart, grit, and the will to show up for those who need it most.
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults (lived or professional - we value both)
- A calm head under pressure
- Natural communicator & strong team player
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and housing support (or willingness to learn)
- Driver with access to a vehicle (essential for travel between sites)
