Homeless Prevention – Housing Pathways Scheme Manager
£39,821.25 per annum
37 hours per week
Location – The Spires, Maudland Bank, Preston
What will you be doing in this role?
You will be overseeing management of The Spires, a 26-bed scheme which provides temporary accommodation for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The scheme provides high-quality support services and accommodation to residents who face multiple disadvantage. You will manage a team who deliver support using a person-centred approach that promotes independence, responsibility, and personal wellbeing.

- Experience of delivering supported housing services or similar and has strong housing management knowledge

- Can develop their team, helping them to become skilled and realise their goals aspirations
- Strong safeguarding awareness and knowledge
It would be a bonus if you also had:
- Experience of tenant co-production
- Developed Trauma Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments
- Have a housing related qualification at degree level or equivalent
- Experience delivering training to others

This role involves working at The Spires, Maudland Bank, Preston.
37 hours per week which can be worked flexibly, Monday to Friday.
