We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Tenancy Sustainment Officer and support worker to work with a leading housing association in the Blackburn area helping clients experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse to keep up with their rent payments etc, while also supporting them with excellent customer service based queries and housing related issues.
£13.02 per hour
42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
This position will be on a fixed-term 6 month contract.
Experience in both roles is essential along with CRM knowledge (Pyramid/G2 even better). Experience in working with vulnerable adults, in particular med-high risk ex-offenders is desirable. Required start date ASAP!
