Corporate Partnerships Manager – New Business
Location: Hybrid – Tower Hill London, and homeworking
Salary: £44,897 to £49,077 pa
Contract: Permanent/Full time
Find purpose in your partnerships. Help us end homelessness.
Are you a relationship-builder who thrives on making meaningful connections? Do you want your next step in corporate fundraising or sales to be a real opportunity to lead a team and genuinely change lives?
At St Mungo’s, we believe no one should be without a home. As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will lead a team focused on creating high-impact partnerships that raise vital income and support our mission to end homelessness.
We have significantly grown our corporate partnerships in recent years, working with organisations like Bloomberg, Taylor Wimpey, and The Deposit Protection Scheme. We are now looking for a values-driven professional to help secure new partnerships and build on this momentum.
The Role
You will lead our new business strategy, identifying and securing long-term, high-value partnerships that align with our goals. Day to day, you will build relationships across sectors, develop tailored pitches, and craft compelling proposals to win support for our work.
Your strategic thinking and communication skills will help grow a varied partnership portfolio — from commercial collaborations to brand and Charity of the Year relationships. At the same time, you will lead and support a high-performing team, motivating them to reach ambitious targets with a shared sense of purpose.
Throughout, you will ensure that our partnerships reflect the voices of the people we support and uphold the integrity of the St Mungo’s brand. This role is based at our Tower Hill office at least two days a week, with flexibility to work from home or other locations for the remainder of your time.
About You
You are an experienced professional with a strong track record in securing partnerships, whether in fundraising or a commercial setting. You are confident working to targets and understand how to build and manage a pipeline, but you also want your work to have purpose and to contribute to something meaningful.
You are skilled at identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and building relationships that lead to long-term, high-value partnerships. You bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to your work and are confident leading others to deliver results as a team.
If you are looking for a role where your expertise can make a genuine difference and where you can grow while supporting a cause you care about, this could be the opportunity for you.
Why Join Us
At St Mungo’s, you will be part of a team that’s caring, committed and experts in what they do. You will also benefit from a wide range of policies and benefits designed to support your wellbeing and growth, including:
• 28 days’ annual leave (rising to 31 with service)
• Agile and flexible working options
• Enhanced family leave and sick pay
• Employee assistance programme and wellbeing support

• Financial support for qualifications and pension planning
