Operations Manager - Tenancy Services

As the Operations Manager - Tenancy Services, you will oversee the proactive management of tenancy-related issues, ensuring compliance, sustaining tenancies, and improving customer experiences. You will lead a team of Tenancy Services Team Leaders, ensuring that service delivers timely and effective interventions.
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Managing tenancy breaches, contractual change requests, and compliance matters including ASB, safeguarding and tenancy fraud.
- Leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support individuals with tenancy-related challenges.
- Driving service improvement initiatives and delivering right-first-time resolutions to improve and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Overseeing performance, budget management, and contract procurement.
- Handling escalated customer complaints and MP/Councillor enquiries.
- Supporting business planning, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
What are they looking for? To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Level 4 Housing Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Experience managing housing related teams, setting performance standards, and driving results.
- Extensive experience in housing management, ASB case management, and tenancy sustainment.
- A strong understanding of housing law, regulatory requirements, and safeguarding policies.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
