We are currently recruiting for a Void Officer to join our Bradford Homeless Partnership team in Bradford. This role is 12.5 hours per week, with an annual salary of £8766 per annum.

As a Void Officer at Bradford Homeless Partnership (BHP), you will be responsible for preparing and re-stocking a number of Horton properties across Bradford to ensure they are ready to be re-let. You will complete pre-void checks, undertake cleaning and minor repairs, and record stock levels and repairs on our system.

What you will need:

• Some knowledge and understanding of general maintenance and repairs
• Observant and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to record and upload key information
• Awareness of property health and safety measures, with the ability to report on this

Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle which can be insured for business use.
