Working closely in partnership with a range of other providers, both voluntary and statutory, you will have the support and guidance of the Project Lead and the Housing Manager and Support to provide an intensive housing management, support and move-on service to a small group of vulnerable people who have recently experienced homelessness, as well as providing general needs Housing Management to a small block of 7 flats.

You will provide in-reach into places where people who have been, or who are at risk of, rough sleeping, identify suitable applicants, and work alongside them and their other support networks to prepare them to move into their new home and give them the best possible chance of maintaining their tenancy.

You will be helping people who have had experiences of street homelessness, and repeated placements within supported and crisis housing services to break the cycle and sustain their own tenancy, live independently, and move-on into mainstream accommodation.
