About Our Team

The Residential Rehabilitation Team provides structured, recovery-focused treatment and support for people affected by drug, alcohol and other addictions.

Working within a safe, therapeutic and person-centred environment, we support individuals to engage in treatment, improve their health and wellbeing, develop recovery skills and build the foundations for sustainable long-term recovery.

The team works collaboratively with healthcare professionals, social workers, commissioners, probation services and other partner agencies to ensure individuals receive coordinated, effective and person-centred support throughout their rehabilitation journey

The Opportunity

As a Support Worker within our Residential Rehabilitation Service, you will support individuals throughout their recovery journey in a structured, therapeutic and recovery-focused environment.

Working in a person-centred and trauma-informed way, you will help people engage in treatment, recovery activities and mutual aid, while supporting them to improve their health, wellbeing, resilience and independence.

You will manage a caseload of individuals, complete assessments, support plans and risk management plans, and work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to support positive outcomes.

The role includes supporting individuals to engage with healthcare, wellbeing and recovery-related appointments, promoting safeguarding, managing risk and contributing to a safe, supportive and recovery-focused environment.

You will play an important role in helping people build confidence, develop recovery skills and work towards positive and lasting change.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, including some weekend working.
