About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys helping things run smoothly. You'll be confident managing competing priorities, building positive relationships, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

HR experience would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We're equally interested in candidates from other backgrounds who can demonstrate excellent administrative skills, strong judgement, and the ability to follow things through to completion.

You'll bring:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Confidence using systems and technology.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.

If you're a first-rate administrator who enjoys bringing structure to busy situations, we'd love to hear from you.
