Connection Support has worked with people facing homelessness and housing crisis since 1995, growing from its Oxfordshire roots into more than 30 services across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.

The charity supports people experiencing homelessness and housing crisis, young people, families, prison leavers, hospital leavers, asylum seekers and refugees, and people with no recourse to public funds, delivering trauma-informed support alongside specialist help for mental health and substance misuse needs. Its "Prevention First" strategy focuses on stopping housing crises before they escalate, and the charity supports more than 5,000 people a year across the Thames Valley.

Roles range from supported housing and floating support to specialist casework for prison leavers, refugees and people with no recourse to public funds, working across Connection Support's 30-plus services in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.
