CARE works with landlords across North East Lincolnshire to provide leased rental homes for individuals and families in crisis. We select tenants based on their eligibility for supported housing and their specific needs. We conduct thorough assessments to ensure they are suitable for the property and can benefit from the support services provided.

We require properties to be of a good, clean, safe standard. We can meet with you at the property to inspect and advise of any work needed to bring your property up to standard and ensure all alarms are in place. Properties should comply with housing regulations and safety standards.
