The role

As part of our ICT team, you will help manage and enhance the Group's ICT Customer Support Service, working closely with key managed service providers to ensure colleagues receive effective, reliable technology support. You'll oversee and administer customer-facing processes that contribute to the delivery of an excellent IT service, acting as a key point of contact for the end-to-end management of support queries. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional, responsive, and customer-focused service across the entire ICT function.

 

The right fit

  • Educated to A Level or HND standard.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365 and Android OS
  • Knowledge of ICT equipment set up processes, including Mobiles, laptops & tablets.
  • Knowledge of security firewalls, routers, anti-virus and data backups.
  • A working knowledge and experience of creating and decommissioning user accounts of ICT systems
  • Able to identify and resolve problems in a practical manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of information security and data protection.
  • Effective team player
  • Able to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work outside of normal work hours.
  • The post holder may on occasion be required to travel to other offices and therefore the ability to travel to other offices and locations which may not be easily accessible by public transport.
