This varied role combines practical support, administration, and safeguarding responsibilities, ensuring young people receive the assistance they need to achieve their goals.
You’ll also undertake reception and administrative duties, maintain accurate records, respond to enquiries, coordinate repairs, and help prepare accommodation for new residents.

- Able to build and maintain positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Passionate about supporting vulnerable and socially excluded young people.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding children and young people.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
