Join our team

We are looking for a Housing Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Housing Transformation team.

If you share our values and you are motivated to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities, we would love to hear from you.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Housing Project Manager, you will work within the Property Assets and Compliance Team.

In this pivotal role, you will be integral in developing the Property Assets and Compliance (PAC) insight offer and delivering more sophisticated analysis of the services we provide. You will deliver data products that support operational colleagues to deliver better services for our residents.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure high-quality performance information is available across Housing Operations and Compliance and that the relevant regulatory and business-specific requirements are met.

You will support colleagues to engage with performance information and provide advice and assurance on best practice and operational efficiencies.

In addition, you will maintain, upgrade and manage systems, software, hardware and networks.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week at the Wenham Office and an option for up to 2 days working from home.

About you

To be successful, you will have worked in a similar environment and will have experience of delivering data products which support operational colleagues to deliver better services.

You will need to have:

  • a relevant qualification at NVQ/HNC/degree level or demonstrate equivalent knowledge gained through experience
  • an inquisitive mind that goes beyond reporting what has happened and puts performance information into context, generating insights that will drive improvements
  • expertise and insight to analyse complex information, drawing conclusions that will make a real difference to service delivery, efficiency and resident experience
  • experience of developing dashboards and reports that allow users to interact with and explore data
