As a Housing and Support Worker, you'll help vulnerable people build independence and take control of their lives in Guildford.

What you'll be doing

You'll act as a keyworker to named clients, combining hands-on support with practical housing management responsibilities.

• Help clients live as independently as possible through personalised support plans
• Connect clients with community services and local resources
• Carry out housing management tasks including rent collection and tenancy management
• Conduct risk assessments and health and safety checks
• Report maintenance issues and keep clients safe

About you

You'll bring resilience, warmth, and a non-judgmental approach to every client interaction.

• Able to build professional, trusting relationships with vulnerable people
• Strong time management — you deliver outcomes and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and the internet

Relevant experience working with vulnerable people is welcome, as are transferable skills from other fields.

Salary and benefits

Salary: £11,351 p.a. + benefits + on-call allowances
Location: Guildford
Hours: Part-time — 15 hours per week
