  • Maintain accurate records of donations, supporter relationships, fundraising activity, communication preferences and consent

  • Develop and maintain community and corporate prospect pipelines

  • Support Gift Aid administration and fundraising income reconciliation where required

  • Produce routine reports on fundraising activity, income, supporter engagement and trends

  • Coordinate fundraising materials, collection tins, donation points and other supporter resources

  • Respond to routine fundraising and Gifts in Wills enquiries and maintain appropriate records and follow-up

  • Work with colleagues to deliver seasonal and organisational campaigns including Harvest, Christmas, winter and other fundraising appeals

  • Represent Maggs at community events, meetings, talks and presentations where appropriate

  • Monitor fundraising activity and performance and identify opportunities to improve return on investment and grow income

  • Ensure fundraising is delivered ethically, professionally and in line with the Code of Fundraising Practice, data protection requirements and Maggs policies

Experience of community fundraising, corporate fundraising, challenge events, individual or regular giving, supporter stewardship or fundraising campaigns would be beneficial.

Experience using a fundraising CRM or supporter database, alongside knowledge of Gift Aid or the Code of Fundraising Practice, would also be advantageous.

Fundraising training or a relevant qualification is desirable but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate transferable relationship-building, organisational and income-generation skills.
