Partnership Facilitation Lead
37.5 hours per week – £33,000 pa – 12-month fixed-term contract
Collaborative – Organised – Resourceful – Relationship-Focused – Adaptable – Faith-Led
Do some of these words describe you?
Could you help us bring organisations together to make a greater difference for people experiencing
homelessness and hunger in Bristol? Are you someone who enjoys building relationships and turning new
ideas into practical, well-organised services?
We’re looking for a proactive Partnership Facilitation Lead to help external organisations deliver activities
from the Wild Goose and other inHope venues. You’ll work closely with our Services and Operations teams
to establish partnerships that make better use of our spaces during weekdays, evenings and weekends.
This is a hands-on, varied role. You’ll liaise with partners, agree arrangements for using our premises,
coordinate inductions and ensure that safeguarding, health and safety and other requirements are met.
You’ll provide practical support as new activities get underway, monitor how partnerships are working and
help gather evidence of their impact. You’ll also contribute to our severe weather response and help shape
longer-term partnership opportunities.
As this is a new role, there is real scope to take initiative, develop effective systems and learn from pilot
activities. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, experience of
facilities management and an awareness of contracts and compliance. You’ll need to be flexible, including
being willing to work some evenings and weekends and participate in specified on-call arrangements.

and Values and our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy are available upon request and online at
