Evening & Weekend Worker

This is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Evening & Weekend Support Worker to join Our Way Leeds (OWL), a young people’s housing-related support service delivered through a consortium of providers, including GIPSIL.

The post holder will support young people to build confidence, develop independent living skills and sustain their own tenancies. Working as part of a locality team, they will provide strengths-based, trauma-informed support, building positive relationships to help young people achieve the goals identified in their personalised support plans.

The role will also involve delivering social opportunities and activities that promote engagement, personal development and greater independence.
